Single Point of Contact & Control

Taking a primary leadership role, solving problems, coordinating client requirements, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to facilitate project work and demonstrable project progress.

Project Assembly

Bringing it all together when our clients only have part of the project team or project components in place.

Communication Management

Providing a centralised communication hub for all project participants, and ensuring lines of communication are open, functional and actively engaged including regular project reporting to the client.

Program Management

Creating and managing the project schedule, tracking actual progress and facilitating project team and client actions to achieve agreed deliverables and time frames.

Validation of the Client Brief

Working with our clients to crystallise the project vision and convert this to a workable set of project requirements and framework for project delivery.

Cost Control

Manage the project budget and related input and performance of appointed cost consultants to ensure the project work adheres to agreed costs.

Risk Management

Establish and manage all project risks including maintenance of a risk register and close monitoring and control of horizon risks and implementation of related mitigation strategies.

Quality Management

Development of quality metrics and oversight of project deliverables and quality audits to ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards.

Design Management

Active communication with appointed design consultants and control of the design process and outputs to ensure client requirements are being achieved while design does not negatively impact project cost, program or buildability.

Stakeholder Management

Undertake active engagement with all project stakeholders, providing a single point of reference to facilitate input to the project process, and satisfaction of key project participants.

Construction Management

Provide active oversight of contractor activities on site including regular project progress meetings to identify and resolve any construction related issues and ensure project progress, quality and budget are being met.

Procurement & Commercial Management

Facilitate the procurement of external project participants including development and issuance of request for proposals, and undertaking negotiation and recommendation of preferred bidders. Manage commercial matters and appointed cost consultants in the certification of payments and input to any contractual issues arising.

Resource Management

Coordinating with all project stakeholders (internal and eternal) to ensure suitably qualified manpower is deployed for the successful delivery of all project milestones.
